  • FAQ on Customization of our Designs

    Any of our designs can be customized to your needs to fit patterns, budgets density and color!

    • As Panels in the sizes given.
    • Fabric by the yard.
    • Designed to fit sewing patterns or muslins.
    • We require a minimum order value of $350 for custom orders. (Excludes Shipping Costs)
    • Free 4x4" digital trial sample will be shown. Sample can be shipped at a cost.  

    Base Fabrics of our hand Beaded Pieces could be changed if it will be technically suitable. Extra Costs may apply.

    Extra fabrics custom dyed to match can be purchased. There are color cards on our website these are options for base fabric and for beads and sequins. We can also dye fabric to match from Pantone Color References.

    THE PROCESS:

    We take great pains to make sure what you see is what you get! It’s pretty transparent. For Custom Orders we will email pictures of work in progress at every stage, starting with an artwork and a trial swatch of 4" x 4"or as agreed. If you have the time and budget it is always recommended to see the actual trial sample swatch

    We are happy to make revisions on the trial swatch to be sure you are satisfied. But as you will appreciate we’re unable to offer excessive revisions free of charge. If we determine that your requests are outside the scope of the item purchased, we'll provide you an estimate of additional costs.

    OUR PARTNERSHIP:

    The success of your Custom project is a partnership with good communication!! We will start working based on the information you have provided on your Custom Order Request Questionnaire.

    DELAYS:

    We understand that life happens we request that you communicate with us if you anticipate delays in responding to us regarding your custom beading project. If more than 1 week has gone by with no communication, orders will be marked as shipped and complete. Please understand that once we start the work it holds up production space and Interrupts our work flow if we cannot continue due to lack of communication.

    We’re here for you, in every step until you receive the piece you have ordered with us and you are 100% happy! We have built our business of 20 years putting in our best effort with each of our clients!

    PAYMENT:

    For Custom orders we require a deposit of 50% that needs to be paid at the time you decide to confirm order. Balance of the payment needs to be completed prior to shipping.

    Once we receive the deposit from you we will confirm an estimated time to complete your order.

    Please do specify the date you need the final piece you have ordered, we will do our best to accommodate RUSH requests .Do keep in mind that Rush fees may apply.

    Once your order is ready we require the balance payment immediately and before shipping. At the best we can wait for 1 Week for the final payment once you have been notified that your order is ready for shipping. After one week has passed it is considered as cancelled and no refund can be made on the deposit.

    TIMING:

    For Custom Beading Orders the production time that has been given to you will start after the first trial swatch is approved. There may be some changes and additions that can be made to the final piece before shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our delicate beading there are limitations to changes that can be done after the work is finished, this is the reason we will keep you updated with work in progress pictures.

    CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:

    Custom orders do not qualify for return. We will ensure that you are 100% happy before we ship them. However you have a right to cancel a Custom order within 24 hours of placing the order.

    PICTURES AND IMAGES:

    We take all our photos to present to you the most realistic image that represents the beading. However due to diverse screens on smartphones and monitors color aberration is inevitable sometimes. You can ask me for additional pictures when you worry about the color might not match the picture. Like I have explained earlier it is always a good idea to hold, feel and see the actual swatch before you start a custom order.
