What type of fabrics do you sell?

We sell custom hand embroidered and beaded fabrics that are widely used by fashion designers in bridal gowns, veils, RTW dresses, haute couture, home furnishings and accessories.

Where are the embroideries produced?

All our production sources are based in Mumbai, India.

Do you carry stock of the styles listed?

All of our styles are made to order. We do not carry any stock.

How do I place a custom order?

1. Requirements - Please communicate with us your requirements for custom development. Accordingly, we will prepare a new custom order listing and send it to you for purchase. After purchase, we will send you further questions on the requirements.

2. Sample Swatch (Proof) - Once everything has been clarified we will prepare a sample swatch (4x4”) for your approval. This swatch is included in the cost of your custom order. However, if you choose to see this swatch in person, we will charge for shipping only based on your location. The timeline to develop a sample swatch is roughly one week.

3. Artwork – Thereafter we will develop the artwork as per your design and send it digitally for your review. The timeline to develop the artwork is roughly one week after the sample swatch is approved.

4. Production – On approval of the artwork we will proceed with the final production. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

5. Shipping - All orders are shipped from India via DHL International Priority.

How long does it take for production?

The production timeline for regular orders is 3 weeks. Custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the requirement. We will communicate if additional time may be required.

How do you ship and how soon can I receive the order?

We ship via DHL International Priority. It is usually 3 to 4 business days for transit times to most destinations. These may be increased depending due to unforeseen circumstances like shipping carrier delays, customs clearance delays, etc.

Do you charge for shipping?

For regular orders only shipping may be free to certain locations in the United States. All other destinations will be charged shipping based on the delivery address. All custom orders will be charged shipping separately.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes can be made to the order within 24 hours or if the order has not progressed to the next stage. Please communicate with us immediately if there is a change required.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do the pictures accurately represent the item?

All our styles are accurately represented in the pictures. However, due to diverse screens on smartphones and monitors, color aberration is sometimes inevitable. You can ask for additional pictures when you worry about the color might not match the picture.
